This Privacy Policy explains how Genesiz Media (“Genesiz Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit genesizmedia.com (the “Site”) or call or text us. It does not cover the follow-up systems we set up and run for our clients, such as the texts and review requests the Missed Revenue Recovery Engine sends. Those run on our clients' accounts under our clients' own privacy practices.

Information you give us
When you call or text our line, we receive your phone number, the time of the call and anything you send us, such as your name, business name and the times that work for a call. Our texting system replies to book that call, and keeps a record of the conversation.
Information collected automatically
If you accept cookies, this Site loads Meta's Pixel and Google Analytics, which collect limited technical information such as your browser type, device, the page that referred you, the pages you view and actions like tapping our phone number or text link. If you decline, these tools do not load.
How we use your information
